Notice to Consumers in California – Warranty Repairs of Consumer Goods

This product is a consumer good intended for personal, family, or household use and is subject to the provisions of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Civil Code §§ 1790–1795.8).

A buyer of this product in California is entitled to have the product serviced or repaired during the applicable warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the product is out of the buyer's possession for warranty repair.

If a defect covered by the warranty exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been repaired. The warranty period will also be extended if warranty repairs are not completed due to delays beyond the control of the buyer, or if the repairs do not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or its authorized service representative of the failure within 60 days after completion of the repairs.

If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the manufacturer or its authorized service representative is unable to repair the defect, the buyer may be entitled to either a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price, in accordance with California law. Any refund may include a reasonable allowance for the buyer's use of the product prior to the first repair attempt, as permitted by law.

These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other rights or remedies available to the buyer under California law.
